REVOLVE™ dry cleanroom wipers are made from 100% upcycled polyester (PET) yarn derived from post-consumer bottles, replacing virgin polyester without changing the wiping performance cleanrooms depend on. Each wiper is sealed-edge to control fraying and fiber release, then processed on Texwipe’s fully automated manufacturing system for consistent low particles, low fibers, and low extractables—supporting use from ISO Class 3–7 / EU Grade A–D cleanrooms.

Because they arrive dry, REVOLVE™ wipes give operators full flexibility: use them dry for particle pickup or wet with your validated chemistry (IPA, EtOH, DI water, disinfectants, specialty solvents) to match your SOP. At the same time, the line helps facilities hit sustainability goals by diverting bottles from landfills and reducing carbon impact—with each bag displaying the number of bottles repurposed into that product for easy tracking and reporting.
