Vertex® pre-wetted wipers are built for cleanrooms that need the highest consistency in both wipe cleanliness and solvent delivery. Each wiper is made from 100% continuous-filament polyester knit with a sealed edge, then produced on Texwipe’s fully automated, HandsFree™ Vertex® manufacturing system—cleaned, sealed, inspected, stacked, and packaged without human contact to minimize contamination risk and lot-to-lot variation. These wipes arrive pre-saturated to optimized, repeatable levels with 0.2 µm-filtered, USP-grade 70% IPA / 30% DI water (and select SKUs with 70% denatured ethanol / 30% DI water), so every pull delivers the same solvent load, contact time, and VOC profile.

That controlled wet-out reduces squirt-bottle use, improves workflow standardization, and supports validated cleaning in regulated environments; Vertex pre-wetted lines are offered in non-sterile and sterile (SAL 10⁻⁶) formats and meet USP <797>/<800> wiper expectations. Vertex® pre-wetted wipers are packaged in reclosable cleanroom slider bags to limit evaporation and keep saturation consistent between uses.
