TechniSat® Pre-Wetted Cleanroom Wipers

High-absorbency poly-cellulose wipes with repeatable 70% IPA wet-out.

TechniSat® pre-wetted wipers are built for cleanrooms and labs that want consistent solvent delivery in a highly absorbent, general-purpose substrate. Each wipe is made from a hydroentangled, binder-free nonwoven blend of 55% cellulose / 45% polyester with a cut edge—combining cellulose’s fast wicking and high sorption with polyester’s cleanliness and wet strength. The result is a low-particle, low-extractables wipe ideal for routine cleaning, spill pickup, and solution application in ISO Class 5–8 cleanrooms (EU Grade B–D) and supporting areas like gowning rooms, anterooms, and isolators.

TechniSat® wipers are pre-wetted to optimized, repeatable saturation levels with 0.2 µm-filtered USP-grade 70% IPA / 30% DI water, a validated industry standard for low-residue surface cleaning. This controlled wet-out improves SOP repeatability, reduces squirt-bottle handling, and helps manage VOC exposure compared with manual wetting. Available in non-sterile and sterile versions, TechniSat® sterile packs are gamma irradiated to SAL 10⁻⁶ and supplied in peel-and-reseal flexpacks, tubs, or canisters to protect wetness and cleanliness between uses.
