QuanSat™ with Vectra® QuanTex™ wipers are built for critical cleanroom wiping where edge shedding, solvent variability, and recontamination risk must stay extremely low. Each wipe is made from 100% continuous-filament polyester double-knit fabric with a thermally sealed border, then cleaned and finished using Texwipe’s automated Vectra® process for exceptionally low particles, fibers, ions, and extractables. This makes QuanSat a standard choice for mini-environments and semiconductor manufacturing tools, including wet cleans and PM wipe-downs where contamination control is paramount.

These wipes come pre-wetted with semiconductor-grade IPA in precise, repeatable saturation levels (available in multiple IPA concentrations by SKU), so every wipe delivers the same solvent load and contact time. Pre-wetting minimizes the need for bulk solvents and squirt bottles, improves workflow consistency, and reduces VOC handling at point of use. QuanSat packages are designed for cleanroom convenience, using reclosable slider or flatpack SolventSafe® bags that protect saturation and cleanliness between uses while allowing easy single-wipe dispensing.
