CrushTube™ swabs are specialty cleanroom swabs designed for instant, controlled solvent cleaning without bottles or bulk pre-wets. Each swab contains a protected breakable glass ampule of USP-grade 91% IPA / 9% DI water inside a safety sleeve; when you crush the vial, the 100% polyester nonwoven brush tip saturates immediately for fresh, ready-to-use cleaning right at the workstation. This point-of-use design makes CrushTube™ ideal for cleaning and maintaining ion emitter tips, where consistent IPA delivery and minimal handling are critical, as well as spot cleaning grooves, tracks, slots, ports, and other tight spaces that wipes can’t reach.

The swab is also used to remove adhesive buildup and to solvent-clean scratch-sensitive surfaces such as optical assemblies—delivering precision cleaning with less waste and reduced VOC handling in controlled environments.
