Texwipe’s Specialty Series covers the swabs you reach for when standard foam or polyester tips can’t do the job. This small, application-specific family is engineered for two highly specialized cleanroom tasks: precision cleaning of extremely small features and fast, controlled maintenance of ionizing equipment.

CrushTube™ pre-wetted ionizer swab: a point-of-use cleaning tool with a built-in glass ampule of 91% IPA / 9% DIW. When crushed inside its protective sleeve, the polyester brush tip saturates instantly, giving technicians a consistent, ready-to-use swab for ionizer tips and other static-control hardware without bringing bulk solvent bottles into the area.

Nylon MicroSwab™: a micro-quill swab ~0.9 mm diameter made from bundled nylon fibers for pinpoint cleaning in micro-features, tight grooves, and delicate parts where other tips are too large. Its capillary action helps absorb/apply tiny amounts of solvent with high control.

Like other Texwipe CleanTip® swabs, Specialty Series products are cleanroom manufactured with high-precision automated processes, adhesive-free construction, and lot traceability. They also use Texwipe’s trademarked light green, TEXWIPE-embossed handle to help protect validated supply chains from knockoffs.

Precision Nylon Swab & Tool

Cleans extremely small areas. Features a 0.9 mm diameter nylon tip. This configuration provides capillary capabilities to absorb and apply small amounts of solvents and solutions.
