Large microdenier swabs (TX714MD family) are designed for critical cleaning when you need more contact area without giving up delicate-surface safety. The paddle-style head is wrapped in 100% continuous-filament microdenier polyester knit, where ultra-fine filaments create high surface area for superior lifting and capture of very small particles — even micro-particulates and microbial residues — while wiping streak-free on scratch-sensitive surfaces.

These swabs are adhesive-free (complete thermal bond) to eliminate glue contamination risk, nylon-free for compatibility with QAC cleaners/disinfectants, and cleanroom processed for low background contamination. The larger head makes them a strong fit for wider grooves, tracks, slots, and flat precision surfaces where small tips are inefficient, especially in semiconductor, optics, medical device, and lab environments.
