Microdenier polyester swabs are built for the jobs where standard polyester tips don’t capture enough. They use microdenier filaments (denier-per-filament < 1)—meaning each strand is exceptionally fine, creating far more surface area at the fiber level than regular polyester. That higher surface area boosts particle lifting/capture, liquid sorption, and streak-free wiping, especially on scratch-sensitive parts.

Because the fabric is 100% continuous filament microdenier polyester knit, these swabs stay soft and clean while pulling micro-particulates, films, and fingerprints from tight features. Leading microdenier swabs (like Texwipe’s Microdenier series) are also adhesive-free, thermal-bonded for low extractables and reliable solvent use.
