Dry Wipers

Our top favorite pick in this category is the TX1009 AlphaWipe 9” x 9” dry wiper. Made of 100% continuous filament polyester, it generates low levels of particles while offering a superior sorptive capacity. We recommend folding the TX1009 wiper in quarters to wipe so that you can increase the number of clean surfaces available to you, but if you’d rather just work with single pieces, you can also try our second favorite, the TX1004 AlphaWipe 4" x 4" Polyester Cleanroom Wiper, which is the same product but in a different size. Pre-Wetted Wipers

For all the applications when you need a pre-wetted wiper instead of a dry one, Texwipe offers some fabulous options. On the top of our list is the TX1065 TechniSat 9" x 11" Cellulose/Polyester Cleanroom Wiper Pre-Wetted 70% IPA. This pre-wetted wiper will help you to quickly and easily disinfect surfaces from contaminants from viruses to bacteria to mold and other fungi. The 70% Isopropyl Alcohol and 30% Deionized Water is a proven disinfectant, and the wipes come in a convenient resealable package.

Swabs

If you haven’t tried our favorite swabs, you should definitely give them a second look, as these are the products that our cleanroom customers everywhere turn to for a variety of applications, from scrubbing to sampling to cleaning validation to general purpose use. One of our favorites is the TX710A CleanFoam Large Flexible Head Swab (Closed Cell). This swab is useful for technical or general cleaning where lint or particles pose a problem. The handle length on this swab is 145.5 mm, making the total swab length a whopping 162.3 mm as opposed to a total length of only 113 mm for the TX710A (a difference of almost two inches). Sometimes you need a longer handle to clean in hard-to-reach spaces, and you’ll appreciate the convenience this affords you.
